The making of a Pizza
1st We roll out the dough ball, which is made here in our mixer from scratch.
2nd On goes our homemade pizza sauce, which is blended from several different tomato products and then we add a half a dozen spices and seasonings.
3rd We add the ingredients that have been requested, in this case pepperoni, followed by sausage and easy jalapeno. You can see the jalapeno under the cheese in the next photo.
4th Here comes the cheese and its real mozzarella that we shred ourselves.
Into the oven the pizza goes. Its the old type, well seasoned.
5th After cooking for about 20 minutes out it comes, golden brown.
